First you buy a used Jeep, then get some huge wheels; experiment with welding and modifications, buy some additional accessories and then you will be well on your way. The reason to pick a used Jeep over a brand new one is simply to keep the costs down, and modifying a new car will lose you the warranty, because you basically need to strip your used Jeep of anything that is not required – to get the desired effect.
